Refunds
First of all, thank you for signing up for the sessions. It is greatly appreciated. When you sign up for a session, a lot of work goes into making sure the courts have the correct people on each court and making sure extra courts are booked if needed hence why I advise you pay and sign up early.
Inevitably, life or illness will get in the way sometimes, especially in the winter season. Therefore, I will credit or refund that person for their next session if the space they are leaving can be filled by another person. I advise that if you know anyone who is happy to fill the space you are leaving to get in contact. Any questions, then feel free to contact me in private.
